Accessibility standard

This website has been designed to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time certification.

Measures taken

• Keyboard-accessible navigation, article cards, controls, and article modal windows
• Visible focus indicators and logical heading structure
• Text alternatives for meaningful images
• Responsive layouts that support zoom and smaller screens
• Colour contrast designed for readable text and controls
• Support for reduced-motion and forced-colour preferences
• A direct email contact link that works with visitors’ chosen email applications

Known limitations

Some content links to third-party websites that The Kelsey Grant does not control. Newly uploaded articles, event information, and images are reviewed as the website evolves, but occasional content-level barriers may still occur.

Assessment approach

The website is reviewed through code inspection, keyboard testing, responsive testing, semantic-structure checks, and accessibility-focused design review. Automated checks support this work but do not replace human testing.
